【摘要】 本文对哌吡氮平与甲氰咪胍治疗十二指肠溃疡的近期疗效进行了比较。经4周治疗后,溃疡愈合率在哌吡氮平组为74.2％,甲氰咪胍组为68.2％,经统计学处理,两组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。本组观察结果认为哌吡氮平与甲氰咪胍对十二指肠溃疡均有良好的疗效,副作用较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of pirenzepine and ci- metidine on the symptomatic relief and healing of duodenal ulcer. In 23 of 31 patients treated with pirenzepine and in 15 of 22 of those treated with cime- tidine, the ulcers had healed after 4 weeks of treatment The healing rate was 74.2% and 68.2% respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The results show that pirenzepine is as effective as cimetidine for the treatment of quodenal uicer. There was no serious side-effect during the treatment.更多还原
