硅酸锶掺Eu3+的高压合成及发光特性

【摘要】 首次采用高压高温方法合成了Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+和SrSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+发光材料,研究了合成压力、合成温度对发光特性的影响。与常压合成产物相比较,发光谱线发生了红移;谱线半宽度显著增大;发光强度和量子发光效率下降。X射线衍射分析得出,SrSiO3:Eu3+Bi3+发生了结构相变,Sr2SiO4:Eu3+Bi3+结构未变但晶格参数发生了变化,且主衍射峰强度发生了反转。分析表明,发光特性的变化是压致晶场、库仑及自旋~轨道相互作用的变化引起的。

【Abstract】 Sr2SiO4: Eu3+Bi3+. SrSiO3: Eu3+Bi3+ were synthesized by a high-pressure method for the first time. The effect of synthesizing pressures and temperatures on luminescence properties and structures of the samples was studied.The samples synthesized by both high-pressure and atmosphere method were analyzed with SEM. Compared with those synthesized under atmosphere, the red shift of emission peak for the sample obtained by high pressure occurred, the half-widths increased obviously and the intensity and quantum luminescence efficiency decreased. The structural transition of SrSiO3: Eu3+Bi3+ occurred, while the changing of lattice parameters and the intensity reversion of the main diffraction peaks appeared without structural transition for the Sr2SiO4: Eu3+Bi3+. It shows that the variation of luminescence characters is resulted from the pressure-induced changing of the crystal field, coulomb and spin-orbit interaction in the ligand.
