【Abstract】 This work established a digital measuring system of impulse voltage. Some means for preventing high electromagnetic interference were adppted in the system, and the magnitude of the actual deflection of impulse voltage. The static properties of the system and the dynamic properties of the input resistant attenuator were measured. Software for processing the digital signal of impulse voltage was developed. By means of the established digital measuring system, the paper measured actual impulse voltages and compared the results with the ones measured by a HV oscilloscope and a peak voltmeter.
