【摘要】 研制了新型的铌氟化物玻璃体系K₂NbOF₅-MF₃（M=Al,Ga）,并进行了IR光谱,Vis-UV光谱、热性质、密度和折射率的测定。对K₂NbOF₅-GaF₃系玻璃还进行了电导率的测试,成份为61K₂NbOF₅·39GaF₃的玻璃,在T=272℃时,σ=2.1×10^-5Ω^-1·cm^-1。Vis-UV光谱测定表明,在玻璃中铌仅以Nb⁵⁺离子形式存在,无Nb³⁺离子。一些样品的红外光谱研究表明,铌氟玻璃的红外透过截止波长为8.0μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of new glass of K₂NbOF₅-MF₃（M=Al.Ga）was prepared. Its IR spectra, VisUV spectrum and thermal properties for all samples, and density and zefractive index for some samples were measured. The conductivity of the glass of K₃NbOF₅-GaF2 system was also measured, and the conductivity of the glass （61K₂NbOP₅·39GaF₅）is 2.1×10^-5Ω^-1·cm^-1 at 272℃. The Vis-UV spectrum shows that niobate ions exist as Nb⁵⁺ ions, but there are no Nb³⁺ ions in the glass. The IR cut-off wavelength of some semples is about 8.0μm.更多还原
