镀Ni碳纤维增强铅合金复合材料的制备工艺
Manufacture of Lead Alloys Based Composites Reinforced With Carbon Fiber Coated with Nickel
【摘要】 本文采用两种不同的制备工艺制取了两种界面性质各异的碳纤维增强铅合金基复合材料。试验发现采用加压液态渗透法可以降低对纤维表面质量的要求,并改善纤维在基体合金中的分布密度。尽管电镀纤维由于表面质量较差,与基体合金的结合强度不及化学镀纤维与基体的结合强度,但是电镀纤维复合材料在断裂过程中要吸收更多的断裂功。
【Abstract】 The article concerned with two kinds carbon fiber reinforing lead alloys basedcomposites,the nature of interface of reinforcement and matrix was different due to the differentmanufocture ways.The quanlity of two composites was compared by the three points bend test.It is found that the way of liquid infiltration with presure can improve quality of composite,aswell as distribution density of fiber in the matrix.Though the combining strengh of layer of elec-tronickel plating on fiber with matrix is lower than that of chemical plating layer with the matrix,but more fracture energy will be absorbed by etectroplating fiber reingforced composite during frac-ture process.
