光CVD淀积条件对a-Si:H薄膜的影响(英文)

【Abstract】 a-Si:H films were prepared by the mercury sensitized photo-CVD with SiH4 flow. The maximum deposition rate of 142A/min has been obtioned. The maximum ratio of the photo conductivity to the dark conductivity was 1×104 with an optical bandgap of 1.70eV. Si-H banding structrue was dominated, with high a content of oxygen in films.
