絮凝池综合指标GT/Re1/2物理意义的研讨

【摘要】 本文从雷诺数Re絮凝池有效能耗系数α的关系及絮凝池综合指标与流动相似准数的关系,两个方面研讨了该指标的物理意义。并通过对几种现有絮凝池设计参数的分析对比,进一步证实了该指标的实用性。研究结果说明,综合地反映了絮凝过程对水力条件和能量输入的要求,用它替代GT值作为絮凝池设计的控制参数更为合理。结合工程实例,本文还介绍了的计算方法,提出了絮凝池的适宜的值范围。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the physical meaning of the compound index of flocculation GT/Re is illustrated by analyses of the relationship between Reynolds ’number Re and the coefficient of effective energy dissipation a and the relationship between RT/VRe and the similitude criteria of flow in a flocculator. The practicalness of RT/VRe is futher proved by comparing the design parameters of flocculators in several water plants. Researching results show that the value of RT/VRe reflects the demand of flocculation process for certain hydraulic condition and for energy input,and that it is more rational to use RT/VRe instead of GT as a controlling parameter for flocculator design.With practical engineering instances, the method to calculate GT/ Re value is introduced and the suitable range of GT/Re value of flocculator is proposed.
