转子填料生物转筒处理废水动力学模式探讨

【摘要】 本文首先推导出转子填料生物转筒装置处理废水的稳态动力学模式。文中又以三级串联生物转筒的模型设备为主体的工艺流程,分别对土霉素生产废水和酵母生产废水进行运行试验,对取得的试验数据用线性回归方法,分别求出各自的动力学参数P和K5值,并得出相应的结论。本文还提出推求转子填料生物转筒所需面积的图解法。最后以处理酵母废水为例,在采用动力学模式的基础上,以计算法和图解法分别求解,并对两者所求定的面积进行了对比。结果表明两者近似,从而证实图解法是可行的,且较灵活和简便,具有实用性。

【Abstract】 This paper first derives a steady-state kinetic model for rotating biological drum with rotator-fillers in treating wastewater. Two kinetic parameters, P and ks, are obtained respectively under two different wastewa-ter, Terramycin and Yest, with the help of the method of linear regression based on the data from the model experiment of three-stage drum system. This paper introduces a graphic method in design to determine the surface area of the drum required for a necessary degree of wastewater treatment. The results calculated from the kinetic model and the graphic method are compared for treating Yest waste water, then it is proved that the graphic method is feasible. The graphic method is flexible,simple and practical.
