固定化增殖酵母工业应用的研究——Ⅰ.菌种、固定化方法和最适发酵条件的选择

【摘要】 本文对固定化增殖酵母发酵甜菜糖蜜生产乙醇进行了工业应用的前期研究。我们比较选择了酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)阿—古Ⅱ号作为固定化酵母生产菌种,发现聚乙烯醇(PVA)固定化酵母适合工业应用。还通过正交试验确定了固定化酵母的最适发酵条件是:发酵液pH6;发酵温度30℃;糖蜜浓度14.0%(以总糖计)。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the technique of immobilized cell fermenting beet mola-ses into alcohol used in industry. We compared three kinds of strains and selected A-Gu Ⅱ ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) as the immobilized yeast used in alcohol production.It was found that polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)is the best material for immobilized growing cell used in industry production .The best fermentation conditions determined through orthogonal text are2 PH value of ferment liquid is 6, fermentation temperature is 30℃ and density of molasses is 14% (based on total sugar content) .
