西瓜种质资源抗根结线虫鉴定及防治研究
EVALUATION ON THE RESISTANCE TO ROOT-KNOT NEMATODE OF WATERMELON GERMPLASM AND CONTROL FOR IT
【摘要】 1982~1985年对河南郑州地区发生的西瓜根结线虫病作了调查和病原鉴定,结果表明,该病分布十分普遍,西瓜病株率达20%~70%。病原为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、花生根结线虫(Meloidogyne arenaria)爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogyne javanica)。通过鉴别寄主试验,确认南方根结线虫、花生根结线虫为二号寄主小种;抗病性鉴定表明墨—74抗性最强,克伦生、11253、钢皮、100号、中育1号、伊选次之。並从5种杀虫剂中筛选出可用于大田防治的DD混剂。防治效果达92.1%~100%。
【Abstract】 Root—knot nematode is an important disease of watermelon. In 1982—1985, We investigated the occuranee of watermelon root-knot nematode and identified its pathogen in the Zhengzhou district of Henan province. At the same time 13~5 accessions of watermelon germplasm were evaluated for their resistance to root—knot nematode and 5 pesticides were tested. The results of our investigation showed that watermelon root—knot nematode is a widespread disease. The percentage fo plant with symptom were 20%—70% . Meloidogyne incognita, Meloidogyne arenaria and Meloidogyne javanica are the pathogens. The differential hos~t test showed that Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyue arenaria belonged to the host race B. Among the 135 accessions of germplasm Mexi?o—74 showed the best resistance to root—knot nematod. Then were Crimson Sweet, 11253, Gang-Pi, No.100, Zhong—Yu No. 1, Selection of Yi, D D mixture resulted in most satisfied control to root-knot nematode than the others. In the field tests its effective percentage to control was 92.1%—100%.
