试论设计研制裂纹技术装备的几个原则
On the Designing and Manufacturing Principles of Crack Technique Eguipment
【摘要】 本文论述了裂纹技术装备的特点,分析讨论了裂纹技术装备在设计研制中遇到的问题及相应采取的措施。在此基础上,拟定设计研制裂纹技术装备的几个原则,即满足加工多样性(单机多用、组合专机、系列化和机电液一体化),满足载荷超常特性(力封闭、节力、主体坚固、储能和润滑)和满足现场使用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the speciality of the equipment of crack technique are expounded, the problems arised from the design and manufacture of the equipment and the measures for solving these problems are discussed. Based on these, some principles are mapped out to meet the needs of various machining requests(universal machine, aggregate production machine, seriation , unification of meehanism, electronics and hydraulic), to meet the needs of no-general loading condition ( self seal of the force, sauing of the force, sturdy of the key parts, energy reserving, lubricting ) , and to meet the needs of suitability for the actual workshop conditions.
