【摘要】 本文报道了刺激性泻药蓖麻油对三种大鼠溃疡模型的影响。用蓖麻油1.0ml灌胃能明显减轻由应激、幽门结扎和消炎痛引起的胃粘膜损伤,而且,对前二种胃溃疡模型的保护作用可被预先给予小剂量的消炎痛所阻断。提示这种作用是通过刺激内源性前列腺素起作用的。此外,还发现蓖麻油可明显抑制胃酸及胃蛋白酶的分泌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of castor oil on three types of experimental gastric ulcer in rats was studied. The results showed that 1.0 ml castor oil administered orally could significantly lesson the lesions of gastric mucous membrane induced by stress, indomethacin and pyloric ligation. The protective effect of castor oil on stress - induced and pyhmc ligation -induced ulcer could be abolished by pretreatment with a small dose of indomethacin. It was also found that castor oil could obviously inhibit the secretion of pepsin and hydrochloric acid in gastric juice. These observations suggeted that castor oil resulted in gastric protection through endogenous protaglandins.更多还原
