【摘要】 调查在两家医院精神科门诊和两家医院内科进行,为期一个月。采用世界卫生组织推荐的“限定日剂量(DDD)”作为药物使用研究的测量单位,以比较各医院精神药物的消耗趋势;采用“药物使用指数(Index)”为指标对精神药物处方进行分析。调查同时也包括病人性别、年龄、用药期限等资料。结果表明四家医院对精神药物的使用基本合理。本文亦从方法学上进行了研究,结果表明“限定日剂量”和“药物使用指数”作为研究精神药物使用的技术指标,对于监测精神药物在不同医院、不同地区、不同人群中的使用情况,研究医生的处方习惯,及时发现精神药物使用的异常趋向和不合理用药现象,以便及早采取措施预防药物滥用都是大有裨益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 A pilot study was undetrtaken to survey the utilization ofpsychoactive drugs in a period of one month in two psychiatric and twogeneral hospitals which are located in two districts of Kunming City. Thedefined daily dose (DDD) was used as an unified dose-unit for the com-parison of drug consumption of the hospitals. An index was calculated andused as the indicator for prescription analysis. The value of the indexwhich was less than 1 indicated that the daily dose given to each patientwas on average less than 1 DDD, whereas the index value which was morethan 1 showed that the daily dose received by each patient was on averagemore than 1 DDD. The data also included the patients’ sex and age, durationof drug administration, kinds and amount of psychoaative drugs prescribed. Results indicated that it is possible to compare the drug utilization ofdifferent hospitals on an unified basis by using the index and DDD, and theprescribing habits of doctors from hospital to hospital can be assessed as wellas the tendency of inappropriate use of psychoactive drugs can be discoveredin time. This will be useful for takingmeasures to prevent the drug abuse.更多还原
