HUMOFINA沥青乳剂成分性质及改土机理研究
STUDY OF NEW SOIL CONDITIONER——HUMOFINA OF ITS COMPOSITION, PROPERTIES AND SOIL IMPROVEMNT
【摘要】 用挥发失重,溶剂抽提、红外光谱、发射光谱、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、原子吸收光谱,元素分析和工业分析、分离鉴定等手段对引进比利时土壤结构改良剂HUMOFINA进行分析。其成分组成:水占45%,沥青>50%,混合酸钾皂0.5~2%,磷酸二氢钾1—3%;性质为阳离子型。用日本H—600—Ⅱ型透射扫描电子显微镜测定乳浊液粒径<0.001mm的约28%,0.001~0.005mm的约57%,0.005—0.1mm的约15%。施该改良剂对团粒结构增长幅度大。其2—1mm,1~0.5mm、0.5~0.25mm各级总量分别增加21~33%,11.6~29.5%,14.3~54.6%。促成黄绵土土壤形成团聚体机理主要是乳剂脱稳前后的联结作用。水能在施用HUMOFINA沥青乳剂形成团聚体过程中起着载体作用。要有机地调整好土壤水分所形成的团聚体才具有良好的通透性和很高的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Such method as volatilize weightlessness, infrared ray, inducing coupling plasma emitting spectrnm, atomic absorption spectrum, spectrum analysis, chemical analysis and separate appraise are used to analyse the composition of new soil conditioner——HUMOFINA. Its compositions are: asphalt over 50%; water 45%; mixed acio potasslum seap 0.5—2% and KN2PO4 1—3%. It is an anion type emulsion. The content of emulsion particle over 0.001 mm in diadiamter is about 28%, 0.001—0.005mm 57%, 0.005—0.01mm 15%, determined by electric microscope H-600-Ⅱ made in Japan. Using HUMOFINA can increase the amount of aggregates greatly. The content of aggregates with diameters of 2—1mm, 1—0.5mm, 0.5—2.5mm are increased by 21—33%, 11.6—29.5% and 14.3—54.6% respectively. The main mechanism of forming soil aggregates is the connection between soil particles and minerals of cultivated loessal soils when soil conditioners are applied. In the process of for ming soil aggregates, water is considered as a carrier when HUMOFINA is applied. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust soil and water in the formation of better aggregates, and then, the aggregates formed by using onditioner are more suitable and better permeable.
