1,2-聚丁二烯硫化胶的热氧老化性能及其防护体系的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了国产1,2-聚丁二烯硫化胶的热氧老化性能及其防护体系,并与国产顺丁硫化胶的热氧老化性能进行了比较。研究表明,1,2-聚丁二烯和顺丁胶的热氧化表观活化能分别为181kJ/mol和118kJ/mol,而二者的热交联表观活化能分剐为221kJ/mol和238kJ/mol。但核磁共振谱表明老化后的1,2-聚丁二烯分子运动性下降幅度却小于顺丁胶。 本文还考察了不同防老剂在上述两种硫化胶中的热氧老化防护效果,发现防老剂4020在1,2-聚丁二烯硫化胶中具有优异的抗热氧老化作用,这可能是防老刺4020的稳定性与1,2-聚丁二烯硫化胶的热稳定性达到了更佳匹配。

【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the work on the thermo-oxidative behaviour and the protection of the vulcanizates of the home-made 1,2-polybutadiene.The results showed that the apparent thermo-oxidative activation energies of the vulcanizates of the 1,2-polybutadiene and BR were 18lKJ/mol and HSKJ/mol respectively, whereas their thermo-cross-linking activation energies were 221kJ/mol and 238KJ/mol. And the increments of the 1H-NMR spectrum width, before and after ageing,were 334Hz aad 497Hz respectively.It was probably because high content(80%) of the vinyl side groups of 1,2-polybutadiene wolled lead intermolecular crosslinking much easier to take place, though the vinyl side groups favored thermo-cross-linking, so that the decrement of its macromolecular movability was less than of the intermolecular crosslinking BR.It was found through the experiments that remarkable protection of antioxdant 4020 age-inst thermo-oxidation of 1,2-polybutadiene may be attributed to the optimum stability match ot the autioxidant and 1,2-polybutadiene vulcanizate.
