增韧环氧-聚氨酯互穿网络形成过程的红外光谱研究
INFRARED STUDY OF THE CURING REACTION OF THE TOUGHENED EPOXY-POLYURETHANE SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文用FTIR研究了增韧环氧-聚氨酯体系反应物之间的二元反应。观察到NCO和环氧基参与的固化反应是表观一级,这是由于DMP-30催化作用造成的。相关二元反应的速度常数值与不同体系固化产物的玻璃化转变行为是一致的。
【Abstract】 The binary reactions between the raw materials which constitute the toughened epoxy-pol-yurethane system were followed by FTIR. The apparent first order of the curing reaction of the NCO or epoxy group with OH was ascribed to the catalitic effect of DMP-30. The reaction rate constants of related binary reactions were in agreement with the T, behaviours of the cured products of different formulation.
