全玻璃密封氮化硼波导CO2激光器的研制
The Manufacture of a Complete Seal BN Waveguide CO2 Laser
【摘要】 本文针对氮化硼陶瓷(BN)真空密封性能较差和吸水的缺点,采用了玻璃间接水冷、内腔式、外加输出窗口的全玻璃密封式结构,从根本上解决了BN波导CO2激光器的真空密封和冷却问题,使器件的有效存放期和运转寿命可与一般玻璃CO2波导激光器相比。
【Abstract】 This paper adopts a complete seal structure of watercooling through glasstube, intercavity and adding output window in accordance with the disadvantage of the poor vacuum gastight and absorption water of BN ceramic. This structure thoroughly solve the problem of vacuum gastight and cooling of BN wavegulde CO2 laser, makes the effective shelving duration and the running times compare with the ordinary gasllary CO2 laser.
