【Abstract】 This paper adopts a complete seal structure of watercooling through glasstube, intercavity and adding output window in accordance with the disadvantage of the poor vacuum gastight and absorption water of BN ceramic. This structure thoroughly solve the problem of vacuum gastight and cooling of BN wavegulde CO₂ laser, makes the effective shelving duration and the running times compare with the ordinary gasllary CO₂ laser.更多还原
