45号钢的激光熔敷

【摘要】 本文用直接喷粉方式进行45号钢表面的Fe Cr Si合金激光熔敷处理,并研究了熔敷层的组织、成分、显微硬度。试验结果表明,激光熔敷层与基体呈良好冶金结合,具有较高硬度,其组织是由树枝状晶(过渡区)和块状堆积的Fe Cr复合碳化物(熔敷区)组成。熔敷区具有较高的Cr Si含量,在过渡区Cr Si逐渐变化,实现与基体的过渡。
【Abstract】 The experiment of laser cladding on 45~# steel by powder dilivery method and investigation of their microstructure, composition and microhardness have been done in this paper.It is shown that the cladding layer is composed of pile-up compound carbide, with high chromium and silicon content, high microhardness as well as good combination with matrix.
