硫酸钾水溶液亚稳区性质的研究(Ⅰ)——成核特征
Studies on the Characteristics of Metastable Zone of the Aqueous K2SO4 Solution ( Ⅰ )——Nucleation Characteristics
【摘要】 本文根据成核理论系统地推导了成核级数n、临界半径r*、临界晶核中的粒子数N*以及比表面自由能σ12的处理方法,在自己组装的一套程序控制温度升降一激光检测粒子出现的设备上测量了硫酸钾水溶液亚稳区宽度随冷却速度的变化,得到了各种成核特征参数值,并与文献进行了比较.
【Abstract】 Some characteristics of the nucleation kinetics can be obtained by measuring the width of metastable zone during the crystallization of aqueous salt solution. According to the theory of crystal growth, the method of calculation of the nucleation characteristic parameters, including the order of nucleation n, the radius of the critical nucleus rσ, the number of particles in a critical nucleus N * and the specific surface energy σ12 etc from the experimental data is improved in this article. Using an apparatus equipped with a temperature-programmed digital controller and laser detector of the particle appearance , the widths of metastable zone of aqueous K2SO4 solution were measured and the nucleation characteristic parameters were calculated. The data obtained are very satisfactory by comparison with the values in the literatures.
