顺磁共振法对靛玉红与靛蓝的研究
Study on Indirubin and Indigo by ESR Spectrometry
【摘要】 <正> 中国医科院认为,中成药当归芦荟丸肯定有治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的药效,其成分为靛玉红与靛蓝,临床证明:靛玉红总疗效达82.6%,无论疗效还是毒性,均较西药马利蓝为佳,故许多药学工作者对其进行了大量的研究,而靛蓝对该病却无疗效,我们用顺磁共振技术,从实验出发,对两者的共振谱进行了研究,得到一些可喜的结果。
【Abstract】 The parameters of the ESR spectra indirubin and indigo were measured in this paper. For indirubin g = 2. 003 8, △Hpp=406Am-1. For indigo g = 2. 003 2, △Hpp=528Am-1. The indirubin ESR spectrum intensity is 36 times weaker than that of indigo in the same weight of the samples.As the temperature increases from room temperature to 60℃ , the spectral intensity of indirubin is increased, the indigo spectral intensity is decreased and follows the Boltzman’ s law of temperature effect.It is estimable that both the anion radical spectrum line and the anticancer activity are originated from the C=O bonds.
