【Abstract】 The distribution constants (KD) of CAS (HR3 ) between micellar (CTMAB) and aqueous phase in the presence of organic solvents (DMSO, MeOH, EtOH, Me2CO, i-PrOH, Dioxane) were determined by spectrophotometric method. The KD of the systems in the presence of organic solvent is higher than that of the systems without the presence of organic solvents. This indicates that the organic solvents increase the effective concentration of CAS (HR3-) on the surface of the micelle, which is beneficial to colour reaction. The relationship between the distribution constant and sensitivity of colour reaction is studied in detail.更多还原
