全差示光度法三大参数的相互关系及其应用

【摘要】 本文介绍全差示法调百参比Tr、反向微电流i、标尺放大倍数x的定义和性质,导出调零参比TR,论述了参数间相互关系。用计算机绘制不同x的相对误差函数图。用全差示法测定磷矿样品的P2O5含量,结果良好。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the definitions and properties of three parameters, reference of 100% transmittance Tr, the counter-microcurrent reference i and scale magnification x in the differential spectrophotometry with an electrical reference (ERDS), and deduces the expression formula of the reference of 0% transmittance TR, and points out the correlations of the parameters. The relative error function diagram of different x in ERDS has been drawn by a computer. By using this method, a good result has been obtained in determining P2O5 in phosphate rock.
