用铜K_α线进行钢铁材料的残余应力测定
The Residual Stress Measurement of Iron and Steel by Cu Ka Radiation
【摘要】 铜K_α是进行X射线衍射分析最常用的射线,但按传统观念,测定钢铁材料的应力时却不适用。为此,在进行该项测试时不得不花费大量时间去换靶和对光,作者对此进行了研究,提出了用铜Kα线进行测量的方法与条件,并得出了令人满意的结果。
【Abstract】 Copper K_a radiation is the commonest one in X-ray diffraction, but according to the traditional idea, stress measurement of iron and steel is an exception. The operators have to waste time for changing x-ray tubes and adjustment. This paper presents the methond and parameters for stress measurement of iron and steel by copper radiation which gives satisfactory results.
