【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle and device of measuring saturated steam humidity by optical means of total scattering. With this device, the challenge measurement were carried out, that used the monodisperselatex polystyrene pellet and the medical atomizer of known droplet size range, It was proved that the theory is correct, and the device is reliable. Then, the set design and computer process program were improved, so as to measuring steam humidity and droplet size, the measurements of saturated steam were carried out in an experimental vaporizer. with appropriate improvement and instrument, it is possible for measuring steam on line in turbine plant.更多还原
