用光散射法测量饱和蒸汽的湿度

【摘要】 <正> 蒸汽湿度和水滴直径的测量如同温度、压力一样是开展湿蒸汽流动研究的重要特征参数。国外的研究大致分成两个阶段:始于60年代的热力学法及70年代发展起来的光散射法。光散射法有全散射和角散射两类。我院研制了一台基于全散射原理的微粒直径和浓(湿)度的测量装置,于86年先对美国产聚苯乙烯标准粒子的粒径进行了验证性测
【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle and device of measuring saturated steam humidity by optical means of total scattering. With this device, the challenge measurement were carried out, that used the monodisperselatex polystyrene pellet and the medical atomizer of known droplet size range, It was proved that the theory is correct, and the device is reliable. Then, the set design and computer process program were improved, so as to measuring steam humidity and droplet size, the measurements of saturated steam were carried out in an experimental vaporizer. with appropriate improvement and instrument, it is possible for measuring steam on line in turbine plant.
