【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the quick oil-discharge valve in shift clutches of bulldozer, derives the general formula and compares it with other calculation methods. In the last portion of this article, a calculation for quick oil discharge valve of plantery transmission used in bulldozer model D85A and D155A is offered. Improved design of hydraulic-controlled two position converging valve To supply operating cylinder with converged flow of twin pumps is an important approach to shorten cycle time and increase production efficiency. The functional requirements that a hydraulic-controlled two position converging valve should provide in digging operation are analyzed in the article followed by a description of the design principle and points to be noticed in it’s design.更多还原
