【Abstract】 Microvascular anastomosis of free bone-graft had been used to repair massive mandibular bone defect following tumour resection in sixpatients, of them 4 were adamentinoma, oneodontogenic fibroma and one primordial cyst.We used profunda iliac circumflex vessels infive patients and the ascending branch of thelateral circumflex femoral vessels in one pa-tient. All cases were Followed up for one tofour years with successful and saitisfactoryresult both in function ane appearance. Eva-luation of the free vascularized iliac bone graftfor reconstrution of massive mandibular defectwas done, the applied anatomy of the bloodsupply of iliac crest graft and the choice ofoperative methods are discussed in detail.更多还原
