贵州省稻瘟病菌(Pyricu Laria oryzae)生理小种种群变化研究

【摘要】 1987~1988年应用全国统一的稻瘟病菌鉴别品种对采自省内30个县(市)的145价标样的167个有效单孢分离菌进行测定,鉴定出包括过去尚未出现过的ZD群小种在内的7群36个生理小种。较1978~1982年多26个以籼型种群为主的新小种,分别是:ZA13、15、29、35、47、53、59、61,ZB1、7、11、13、15、17、19、21、25、27、ZC1、3、5、7、9、11,ZD1、7。省内籼型小种大量增加,其频率由1978~1982年的11.4%上升为38.91%。但优势小种仍为ZG1。各地区稻瘟病菌生理小种的组成都发生了变化,均出现了新的致病性小种。一度为我省主栽品种的桂朝2号、汕优2号、威优2号等在生产上相继感病,据测定浸染菌系以籼型小种为主。威优481、D优63、汕优64等7个杂稻及育417、金麻粘的抗菌系谱测定结果表明,除威优481和D优63不受侵染外,其它品种都存在致病性不同、数量不等的侵染菌系。

【Abstract】 Pathogenic races of Pyriculoria onysae in Guizhou werteseted with Chinese differential varieties from 1987 to 1988. There were 167 monosporus isolates of 145 specimens collected from 30 counties towns at the same levelwere divided into 36 races of seven population including races ia ZD population which have not been found before. New races which mainly are indica population are 26 more than the races in the period from 1978 to 1982. They are. ZA 13, 15, 29, 35, 47, 53, 59, 61, ZB 1, 7, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 25, 27, ZC 1 , 3 , 5 , 7 ; 9 , 11, ZD 1 , 7 respectively. Indica races have increased in a large number within the Province and its frequency has went up from 11.4% during 1978-1982 to 38.9%. But dominant race is still ZG. Dhe cinstitution of races in every district in the Province has all changed with appearence of new races.The varieties of Guizhou 2, Suanyou 2, Weiyou2 etc. which were principal cultivars in our province become susceptible in succesion and the infecting fungousstrains were mainly indica races. The result tested on fungi-resistant score of 7 varieties of hybrid-rice Weiyou 481, Suanyou 64, Dyou63 etc. and normal varieties Yu 417 and Jinmazhan Shows that other have existed infectingstrain with different pathogenicity and quantity except Weiyou 481 and Dyou 63.
