大豆耐阴性的研究——Ⅱ.大豆、玉米间作对蛋白质含量、脂肪酸组份的影响

【摘要】 本文对不同耐阴性的大豆,在单作及与玉米间作的条件下,测定了籽粒蛋白质含量及脂肪酸组份。试验结果表明:1.单作与间作蛋白质平均含量分别是39.48%和39.16%,通过t值显著性测定,单作与间作蛋白质含量差异不显著;2.大豆五种脂肪酸含量在单、间作条件下无显著性差异;脂肪酸组份相关性单、间作大致趋于一致。

【Abstract】 The protein content and fatty acid constitute of soybeen kernel with different shady-tolerance were determined, based on single-cropping and intercropping maize. The results showed. 1. The average protein content for single-cropping and intercropping was 39.48% and 39.16% respectively. It presented no significant difference by t-value test; 2. Five fatty acid contents of soybean showed no significant difference under the single-cropping and intercropping;3. The correlativity of fatty acid constitate of two cropping methods tended to same.
