球铁钢锭模设计的改进
IMPROVEMENT ON DESIGN OF INGOT MOULD OF NODULAR CAST IRON
【摘要】 本义探讨了球铁钢锭模在使用过程中变形卡锭的原因,对两种锭模的实验模型进行温度和应力的测试结果表明:具有曲面设计特点的实验模型有效地改善了其高温区的应力分布状态。根据模拟实验结果,设计了具有曲面的球铁钢锭模,使钢锭模消耗从原来的18.62 kg/t下降到6.50 kg/t,钢锭模平均使用次数从原来的54.59次提高到137.8次。鞍山钢铁公司在一种锭型上推广应用该技术,年获经济效益达350万元以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the cause of ingot sticking due to the deformation of mould of nodular cast ironis discussed. The authors have measured temperature and thermal stress distributions in two typ-es of moulds. The result shows that curved ingot mould can improve thermal stress distributionin high temperature zone. Consequently a new type mould of improved design was put into use.The results show that its consumption decreased from 18.62 kg/t to 6.5 kg/t and average servicelife increased from 54.59 to 137.8 time as compared to original one. Anshan Iron and Steel Co.has obtained more than 3.5 million yuan annually by using this type of ingot mould.
