四辊轧机工作辊横移对板形的影响

【摘要】 工作辊横移式四辊轧机是近年获得迅速发展的新机型。本文介绍将实验室普通四辊轧机改造成单锥度工作辊横移式四辊轧机的要点及主要成果。实验表明,改造后的轧机具有极强的板形和板凸度控制能力。在不同板宽和不同轧制力下,通过工作辊横移,均可获得满意的板形。本文给出的最佳横移位置与板宽成线性关系及在最佳横移位置时轧制力波动几乎不影响板形这两点结论,对建立工作辊横移式四辊轧机的板形控制模型有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The work roll shifting mill is a new one which has been developed in recent years. Thispaper introduces the keypoints to convert the conventional 4-high mill into the work roll shi-fting mill and the main results obtained with the new mill. The experiment shows that the millis universal in controlling strip shape and crown and satisfactory strip shape can be obtained byshifting work rolls for different strip width and different rolling load. The conclusions that thereis a linear relationship between the optimum shifting position and strip width and that there are noeffects on the strip shape by fluctuation of rolling load when work rolls are in the optimum shiftingposition are of importance for constructing the models to control strip shape for the mill.
