【摘要】 本文总结了酒钢强磁选红精矿添加生石灰烧结工业试验的结果。试验表明,配加3.14％生石灰可使烧结增产16.2％,烧结矿的转鼓强度维持不变,其它冶金性能略有提高。文中还研究了配加生石灰后强化烧结过程的机理,发现混合料制粒后的料球粘附层加厚,球的平均直径变大,料层透气性得到改善,从而获得高的烧结生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article gives the results of industrial test on sintering of Jiuquan hematite concentratesfrom high intensity magnetic separator with addition of lime. It is proved that the sinter producti-on rate is increased by 16.2% when 3.14% lime is added to the change for sintering bed. The meta-llurgical properties of the sinter are somewhat improved but TS remains the same. Besides, themechanism of intensification of sintering process by addition of lime is also studied. It is foundthat the thickness of adhering layer and the mean diameter of quasiparticles are increased, thenthe permeability of the sinter bed is also improved, therefore the high production rate is obtained.更多还原
