使用旋转回归设计法研究球团新工艺
A STUDY ON NEW PELLET TECHNOLOGY USING ROTARY REGRESSIVE METHOD
【摘要】 本文阐述了应用旋转回归设计进行磁铁矿球团新工艺研究的试验过程及结果,试验分两个阶段进行,分别得出了抗压强yP=19.85+5.29x1+8.01x2-1.49x3;yM=88.42+5.83x1+8.14x2+17.33x3-1.53x12-3.54x22-8.97x32-2.515x1x3-2788x2x3。显著性检验和可靠性检验表明,回归方程拟合良好,可靠性高,可用于预报和控制。文中进行了回归方程直观分析,二维等值线图和三维立体图分析,确定了各因素对指标影响的显著性及交互作用,得出了磁铁矿球团直接还原新工艺两条生产路线的适宜工艺条件。结果表明,采用该方法进行试验,试验工作量小,直观性强,便于寻优,不仅可以定量分析,而且试验精度高。
【Abstract】 The experimental procedures and results obtained in the study on a new process for magn-etite pellet direct reduction using rotary regressive method are presented. The expetiment wascarried out in two steps. The linear equation for compression strength and the equation formetallization obtained are as:yp=19.85+5.29x1+8.01x2-1.49x3 and yM=88.42+5.83x1+8.14x2+17.33x3-1.53x12-3.54x22-8.97x32-2.515x1x3-2.788x2x3. The equations are in good agreement with the experimental data with high reli-ability proved by significance and reliability tests, thus may be used for predicting and contro-lling the process. Discussions on the factors in the regressive eguations, one dimensional dia-grams, two dimensional contour patterns, and three dimensional stereopictures are made for dete-rmining the significance and mutual effects of the input variables on the output ones. A set ofappropriate processing conditions for magnetite pellet direct reduction were also obtained, Theresults showed that the rotary regressive method made the experimentation simpler and the an-alyzing of the experimental data and optimization easier, and also provided with quantitativeanalysis and high experimental accuracy.
