稀土对半钢热加工性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了稀土对半钢热加工性能的影响。在900~1100℃的温度范围及2×10-3~1×10-2s-1的变形速度范围内,研究稀土加入后热拉伸试样断面收缩率及断口形貌变化情况。由此得出,改善半钢热加工性能的合适的稀土加入量应为0.02~0.05%。

【Abstract】 The effect of RE (Rare Earth Element) addition on the hot workability of cast semi-steelhas been studied. The reduction of area and change in fracture morphology because of RE ad-dition after hot tensile fracture at temperature 900~1100℃ and strain rate 2×10-3~1×10-2s-1were examined, thereby leading to the conclusion that the optimum amount of RE addition isabout 0.02~0.05% for improving the hot workability of cast semi-steel.
