喷吹粉体合成渣对钢水脱氮的研究

【摘要】 试验研究了CaO-TiO2-Al2O3,CaO-Al2O3-SiO2及CaO-BO3-SiO2渣系及工业渣中TiO2,Al2O3及B2O3含量对钢水脱氮率的影响,其脱氮率可达55~65%。在三个渣系中,随着TiO2、Al2O3及B2O3含量的变化,脱氮率有一最大值。钢中和渣中氧位愈低,脱氮率愈高,增加渣中碳、铝及钢中铝的含量,可以提高合成渣脱氮效果。

【Abstract】 The effects of TiO2, Al2O3 and B2O3 in CaO-TiO2-Al2O3, CaO-Al2O3-SiO2, CaO-B2O3-SiO2slags and industrial slags on denitrogenation of molten steel were studied, 55-65% of denitro-genation was achieved. A maximum denitrogenation was found by changing TiO2 Al2O3 andB2O3 in the above mentioned synthetic slags. It also shows that the lower the oxygen poten-tial in molten steel and slag, the higher the degree of denitrogenation. The denitrogenationof molten steel with synthetic slag was improved with the increase of C, Al content in slagand Al in molten steel.
