室温形变对γ-Fe中14C的扩散系数影响

【摘要】 采用放射性同位素技术测定了在渗14C过程中14C在不同量室温形变工业纯铁奥氏体中的扩散系数,并对渗层进行自射线照相。结果表明:形变30%能明显增大14C在γ-Fe中的扩散系数,提高渗14C速度;透射电镜分析结果表明形变30 %能增大材料中的位错密度,促进14C的扩散过程。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the diffusion coefficients of the 14C in austenite of armco iron specimens vari-ously cold deformed were investigated by using the radioisotope technique, and it was autora-diographed on the carburization surface layer. The experimental results show that room-tempe-rature deformation of 30% can increase notablely the diffusion coefficients of the 14C in auste-nite and the carburization rate. TEM study indicatsi that room-temperature deformation of 30%increases the dislocation density in the material, so that it promotes diffusion process of the14C in austenite.
