垫絮类非织造布性能的探讨

【摘要】 垫絮类非织造布一般采用服装下脚等低级纺织原料制成,本文研究测试了该种布的导热和吸声性能以及其干、湿强力。找到了导热系数与试样平均温度的线性关系和试样对不同频率的噪声的吸声系数,指出利用废旧纤维制成的垫絮类非织造布用于汽车、家具、制鞋等作为保温、吸声材料能变废为宝。

【Abstract】 Pad non-woven are generally made from low grade textile materials, such as the apparelwastes and ill wastes. This paper is a research for the heat transmission and sound absorp-tion properties of padding on-wovens as well as its dry and wet tenacity. It was found thatthe heat transmission coefficient of adding on-wovens is linear to the average temperature,of the testing sample The relationship of sound absorption oefficient and sound frequencywas also studied. It is suggested that this kind of padding non-wovens is uitable for serving as heat-retention and sound absorption materials in automible, furniture and shoes.
