【Abstract】 A linear programming method has been proposed for correcting overlapping lines of rare earth elements in XRF.The method has been successfully applied to correct the interference of Eu L_β1 and Dy L_α1. Ho L_β1 and Lu L_α1, Ho L_α1 and Gd L_β1. Satisfatory results were obtained in analysis of synthetic samples. The results of Sm, Eu, Gd and Dy in mixed RE obtained were in good agreement with those obtained by other instrumental methods.更多还原
