PLS法在同时分光光度测定痕量金属离子中的应用
APPLICATION OF PLS METHOD IN SIMULTANEOUS SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE METAL IONS
【摘要】 本文研究了新显色剂4-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)邻苯二酚-Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅶ)-二苯胍三元配合物的高灵敏显色反应以及偏最小二乘法(PLS)在同时分光光度测定痕量钼和钨中的应用。与共轭梯度法和线性规划法相比,PLS法的运行时间短,结果更准确可靠,尤其适用于处理成批试样,为带微处理机的分光光度计提供了一种新的计算方法。
【Abstract】 The highly sensitive chromogenic reaction of a ternary complex of 4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol (a new chromogenic reagent) with Mo (Ⅳ)-, W(Ⅳ)-diphenyl guanidine and the application of partial least squares method (PLS) in simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of trace Mo and W have been studied. Compared with conjugate grabient method and linear programming method, PLS has shorter operating time, more accurate and reliable results and is especially applicable to processing samples in batches. PLS provides a new method for the spectrophotometer with microprocessor.
