电热原子吸收法直接测定高纯α-硒中十二种杂质元素及干扰讨论
DIRECT DETERMINATION OF TWELVE TRACE ELEMENTS IN HIGH-PURITY α-SELENIUM BY ELECTROTHERMAL ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY AND ITS INTERFERENCE
【摘要】 采用石墨炉原子吸收测定了高纯硒中12种杂质元素。各元素检出限均在1.99~28.8ng/g之间,测量精度为2.1%~8.1%。并利用“出现温度”的变化将硒对各元素干扰进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Detection limits ranged from 1.99 to 28.8ng/g for different eelements and the precision ranged from 2.1% to 8.1%.The mechanism of interference with selemium was studied with a concept-"appearance"temperature. The study shows that the chemical state of each element is changed due to the presence of selenium during atomizer.
