中放废液大体积浇注水泥固化配方研究
STUDY ON FORMULATION OF LARGE VOLUME CEMENTATION FOR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL LIQUID RADWASTE
【摘要】 本文研究了后处理厂中放蒸残液和元件脱壳的偏铝酸钠废液大体积浇注水泥固化的特殊工艺配方。实验用525普通硅酸盐水泥,模拟废液中分别含134Cs 和85Sr,其放射性浓度均为3.7×10(?)Bq/L。实验结果表明,选用加 DH 型水泥添加剂的配方可满足大体积浇注固化池内水泥浆“自流式”流平的技术要求,水泥浆的流动度达0.19m 以上;近似绝热养护后的中放蒸残液和偏铝酸钠废液固化体的抗压强度分别大于7.8和10MPa,固化体性能良好,近似绝热养护28天,两种固化体42天时134Cs 和85Sr 的浸出率均低于1.0×10-2cm/d。
【Abstract】 A particular formulation was investigated for solidificationof intermediate-level liquid radwaste from reprocessing plant,including evaporation concentrates and sodium meta-aiuminatesolutions from decladding.525 portland cement was used as matrixin experiment Simulated radwaste contains 134Cs or 85Sr,theirspecific radioactivity was 3.7×108Bq/L respectively.The experimentalresults showed that the formulation with DH type additive couldmeet the requirment for the large volume cementation.
