松香树脂酸的氯化氢异构和异构动力学研究

【摘要】 我们开发了氯化氢—氯化锌的聚合松香新工艺,讨论了松香中枞酸型树脂酸用氟化氢催化异构的影响因素及其宏观动力学。试验证实:氯化氢对枞酸型树脂酸有强烈的催化异构能力,其作用相当于硫酸或盐酸。催化异构属一级反应,表观活化能只有12和19.6kJ/mol,它的控制阶段是传递(扩散)过程。此外,反应有一定的诱导期。

【Abstract】 We developed a new isomerization-dimerization method for preparation of polyrosin with HCl-ZnCl2. In this paper, factors influencing the catalytic isomerization of abetic-type resin acids of rosin and kinetics of isomerization are studied. Results of experiments show that HCl has effective catalytic capability of isomerization of abetic-type resin acids, equivalent to sulfuric or hydrochloric acid. The reaction of catalytic isomerization is of first order, their apparent activation energy are only 12 and 19.6 kJ/mol. The limiting stage of the whole process is the mass transfer stage(diffusion). The catalytic isomerization reaction requires an induction period.
