结构动态分析中的一种子结构综合法——摩托车振动分析的计算机模拟系统之一

【摘要】 目前摩托车的生产与应用在我国越来越广泛。为了实现摩托车振动分析的计算机模拟系统,本文提出了一种新的子结构综合法。此法通过坐标再变换,使各子结构的拼装综合变得方便容易,并可用于求解具有局部高度非线性结构的振动问题。本文还提出了一种附加质量法来修正高阶模态的截尾误差而不采用剩余柔度矩阵,从而使本法能简易地获得高精度。几个数值算例验证了此法的有效性。*本文为中国汽车工业联合会资助项目。参加此项科研课题的还有:徐铭陶,周荣仁,杨昌琪,杨万安等同志。

【Abstract】 At present, the production and application of motorcycles are becoming more and more wide-ranging in our country. In order to realize the computer simulation system for analysis of the motorcyle vibration, a new substructure synthesis method is proposed in this paper. By retransformation of the coordinates in the method, the substructures are assembled conveniently and easily, and the dynamic problems of structures with localized strong nonliearities can be solved. In this paper, the additive mass technique is also proposed for correcting the truncation error of higher order modes without using the residual compliance matrix. For this reason, high accuracy is obtained simply and easily in the method. The effectiveness of this method is detmonstrated by numerical examples.
