【Abstract】 Wood is composed of many cells which are different in size, form and arrangement. It is an ideal way forthe investigation of the space relation of wood tissue and the process of wood rot by means of SEM observa-tion over various kinds of wood cubes.This paper is presenting the specimen prepartion techniques for SEM on wood cube ithout any mechenical equipement, including normal wood cube preparation by hand cutting, rotted and effloresced wood ube preparation by Polyethylene Glycol embeding, proper observation conditions and photograph print technic.更多还原
