【Abstract】 In This paper a kind of wideband mechanically tunable Gunn oscillators are introduced. The arrangement of the oscillators is very simple and reliable. The oscillators’ mechanically tunable range can nearly cover all of the W-band, The maximum output power of the oscillators is about 25 mW, the electronically tunable range of the oscillators is about 450 MHz within all of the mechanically tunable range.更多还原
