【摘要】 在1986年10—12月间,从云南元谋竹棚地区的晚新生代地层中发现了大量的人猿超科化石及伴生的三趾马动物群。本文通过对含人猿超科化石地层的古地磁研究,并结合古生物和区域地层的对比,得出这套含人猿超科化石地层时代为晚新生代晚期,相当古地磁年表中的吉尔伯特晚期至高斯期,大约距今2.8—3.9 Ma,人猿超科化石年代为3Ma 左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 During October-December,1986,abundant fossil Hominoid.associated with animals Hippar(?)- on sp.were discovered in the late Cenezoic strata,at Zhupeng,Yuanmou,Yunnan.The palaeo- magnetic study on the sediments containing fossil Hominoid;along with a correlation of the regi(?) nal stratigraphy reveals that the sediments have an age of latest Cenozoic,corresponding to the late Gibert to Gauss of the palaeomagnetic time scale,being about 2.8-3.9 Ma B.P.,the age of fossil Hominoid about 3.0 Ma or so.更多还原
