水力压裂应力测量及其在油气田开发中的应用
HYDROFRACTURING STRESS MEASUREMENT AND ITS APPLICATION IN EXPLOITATION OF OIL AND GAS FIELD
【摘要】 水力压裂应力测量具有测量深度大,使用方便,可利用废旧孔测量等许多优点。本文在介绍了水压应力测量一般原理的基础上,着重探讨了利用油井压裂记录来确定地应力的方法,以及怎样在油气田开发中应用该法的问题;提出了油气田改造中油井压裂效果的检验方法,找到了提高压裂质量、增加原油产量的措施;此外还指出了地应力测量在油井压裂和油气井布局设计中的作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper the physica mechanism and process of hydrofracturing as used for stress measurement in oil wells is discussed.Explanation of the results is offered.The changes ot principal stresses at depths between 1300- 3300 meters are determined from records from 13 oil wells in Bohai coastal area,Shandong Province.Their linear regressive equations are as follows: S_H=-6.6+0.029H(MPa) S_b=-12.4+0.023H(MPa) S_v=0.022H(MPa) The pressure on both walls of the fracture is also analysed.It was found that the instantaneous shut-in pressure for sand-filled fractures is definitely higher than for non-filled ones.The authors suggest that such a differnce impressure arising from the support of the sand in the fracture is called deforming stress(△P_s).The greater the deforming stress the wider the fra- cture with a resulting increase of passage of liquids.The experimental re- sults obtained from 9 oil wells show that the △P_s value in important in im- proving the technological process of hydraulic fracturing and raising the output of oil production.
