【摘要】 本文在新研制的胶体刷镀镍镀液中分别加入碳化钨、硫化钼、石墨、碳化硅、氧化铈等复合相,刷镀出了复合镀层。文章对镀层的组织、成份、硬度、结合力等进行了研究。结果表明这种胶体状的刷镀镍镀液是刷镀复合镀层的理想镀液。文章最后对年轮环的成因及复合相的强化机理进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Composite coatings were brush plated from the newly developed colloidalnickel brush plating solution containing WC, MoS₂, graphite, SiC and CeO₂particles respectively. Microstructure, particle content, microhardness andadhesion of the brush plated coatings were investigated. It was found fromthe results that the colloidal nickel brush plating solution is an ideal basesolution for composite brush plating. Origin of "ring structure" and strengthe-ning mechanism of the particles were also discussed.更多还原
