可伐合金脉冲镀镍性能及其实用性的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了在可伐合金基体上方波脉冲镀镍的结晶情况。脉冲镀镍层孔隙率低,其耐腐蚀性能优于直流镀镍。

【Abstract】 Nickel plating on Kovar with square wave pulse current in a Watts bath wasinvestigated. The deposits show better microstructure properties, less porositycompared with direct current deposition. Pulse plating nickel coating displayscorrosion rosistance superior to the direct current plating nickel coating.
