大骨节病区镰刀菌污染谷物产出苏糖醇问题的流行病学意义探讨
EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY ON THREITOL PRODUCED BY FUSARIUM IN GRAIN FROM KASCHIN-BECK DISEASE AREA
【摘要】 作者用实验室方法,在不同条件下观察了镰刀菌污染谷物以及产出苏糖醇的情况。实验条件涉及产地、品种、是否磨粉、磨粉前后是否受潮等。结果说明:病区、非病区谷物明显不同,谷物的镰刀菌污染来源于土壤,谷物的膜壳有阻止镰刀菌侵入内部的作用,磨粉为镰刀菌侵入谷粒内部的必要条件,谷粉的湖湿可促进镰刀菌孳生和产出苏糖醇,磨粉前后谷物谷粉的干燥可减少镰刀菌污染和苏糖醇的产出。认为此结果可解释大骨节病许多重要的流行病学现象。
【Abstract】 Under different conditions in laboratory, the growing of Fusariumand producing of Threitor in grain were observed. Experimental conditions involved growing area of grains, kinds of grains, grinded or non-grinded, humididity of grain before and after grinding. The resultc indicate that there are significant difference between grains yeilded from KBD area and non-endemic area. Soil is the source of Fusaxium contamination of grain and the shell could prevent invading of Fusarium into the internal. The grinding of grain is a necessary condition for producing of Threitol by Fusarium, and moisture of gra in or flour can increase the opportunity of Fusarium growing and Threitol producing. However, drying of grain or flour before and after grinding can decrease the opportunity of Fusarium contamination and Threitol producing. The results can properly explain some important problems of KBD epidemio1og y.
