【摘要】 林口县是黑龙江省大骨节病重病县之一,自1981年起在大骨节病区认真落实以服硒为主的综合防治措施,通过对20个村屯(其中三个对照村屯)为样本的6～13岁儿童临床和X线病情的动态分析,看到:病情出现了明显地消退,至1987年已处于基本控制水平,并以此分析了考核标准的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Linkou county is a severe endemic area in our province.The comprehensive measures for prevention and cure(mainly,administration sodium selenite) have carried out carefully since 1981. 20 villages as samples including 3 villages as control were selected and the incidence and degree of the diseas based on clinic and X-ray examination in 6-13 years old children with Kashin-Beck disease were dynamicly analysed.We have found that the incidence and degree of the disease were decreased and were in essential control by the 1987. Based on these data, we have also analysed the feasibility of the assessed criterion.更多还原
